1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using mumega.com ("the Website") or subscribing to Mumega services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Mumega is operated by DigID Inc., a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Website or services.

2. Description of Services

Mumega provides AI team deployment services for businesses. This includes:

• Autonomous AI agents executing SEO, content, outreach, and development tasks
• Access to a dashboard for monitoring team activity and metrics
• Communication with your AI team via the OpenClaw concierge interface
• Regular reporting on tasks completed and results achieved

Services are provided on a subscription basis. Details of your specific plan, including scope and pricing, are outlined at checkout and in your account dashboard.

3. Intellectual Property

All platform software, interfaces, and proprietary systems (including SOS and OpenClaw) are the intellectual property of DigID Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content produced by Mumega AI agents on your behalf belongs to you. You retain full ownership of all content created for your business.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Mumega services to:

• Produce spam, misleading content, or material that violates applicable laws
• Violate the terms of service of third-party platforms your AI team interacts with
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform infrastructure
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without prior written consent

5. Human Oversight

You are responsible for reviewing and approving strategy decisions made by your AI team. Mumega agents execute tasks autonomously, but human oversight of outcomes and strategic direction remains the responsibility of the customer.

6. Payments & Cancellation

Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. To cancel, use your account dashboard or contact us at hello@mumega.com. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. No Warranties

Services are provided "as is". While we work hard to deliver results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes — including traffic growth, lead generation, or revenue impact. AI performance depends on many factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigID Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Mumega services or reliance on content produced by AI agents.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
